DXQplant.monitoring
DXQplant.monitoring. Central production status monitoring provides an overview of active alarms, monitoring of equipment availability and calculation of important KPIs such as OEE, MTTR and MTBF. With real-time production visualization with drill-down functionality, it is possible to track the status of individual lines and stations. The product makes it possible to quickly identify production failures and bottlenecks, assess the production of individual zones or the entire factory, and analyze downtime to identify weaknesses in the production process.

DXQproduction.control, using information from the customer’s ERP system, provides the necessary data on product properties, run times, production process parameters and PLC settings, enabling future production orders.

DXQlogistics.control
DXQlogistics.control is a centralized solution that enables the execution of logistics tasks, such as sequencing (APS), tracking (MFP), and control (MFS) of products and materials across the entire production area. By combining material and product tracking functionalities with a warehouse management system, the flow and stability of material are monitored and optimized at every stage of production.
Within DXQlogistics.control, there is also a dedicated fleet control service for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), which seamlessly integrates with the module and allows for the management of material transport orders, thereby increasing flexibility and transparency in production processes.
